The Work
The Teachers College wanted to challenge the traditional perception of education and position itself as a leader in innovation. Instead of relying on familiar academic imagery, we approached education with the same sense of curiosity and forward-thinking often associated with technology and emerging industries.
I developed the college's visual system within the broader Arizona State University brand, creating a flexible identity that carried across campaigns, publications, presentations, and recruitment materials. A large part of the work centered on telling human stories—highlighting educators, exploring learning pathways, and presenting research in a way that felt approachable, modern, and inspiring.
The project also extended to a United Nations learning initiative, where I translated educational research and findings into presentation graphics that supported discussions around global learning and educational pathways.
Outcome
The project established a cohesive visual identity that helped reposition the Teachers College as a more modern, forward-thinking leader in education. The system was applied across recruitment campaigns, publications, presentations, and institutional communications, creating a consistent voice for the college while supporting its broader strategic goals. The work also extended to a United Nations learning initiative, where the visual storytelling helped communicate educational research and learning pathways to an international audience.
